The Family Fued

There is a popular game show called “The Family Feud”. It’s where two families of five compete against one another for the right answers to survey questions and to win the “fast money” prize. They sometimes have episodes where siblings compete against each other. And what is the line that the host opening the show always says? “It’s time for the family feud!” This is another title and subject that the Lord said to “go ahead and write it.” I admit I put it off, but could not any longer. If you haven’t, I would like to meet you! I say that because disagreements, disappointments, disrespect, division, deception, despair, and even dishonor, all happens in families. Before we were even here, there was a long line of them. Found in the WORD OF GOD, in some of our spiritual bloodline. There was Noah cursing the descendants of Canaan, the son of Ham, his youngest son (Genesis 9:18-27). Abraham and his wife Sarah, regarding Hagar the servant (Genesis 16:5 & 21:10-11). Isaac, Esau, Jacob, and the blessing (Genesis Chap. 27). Jacob and the jealously between two of his wives, Leah and Rachel (Genesis 30:1-25). Joseph and his brothers (Genesis Chap. 37). David and Michal (2 Samuel 6:16, 20-23). There was even the parable that Jesus gave us of The Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32).
