I love the truths found in Isaiah 40. Isaiah tells us that the Lord comes with power and rules with a mighty arm. The Lord has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand and has marked off the heavens. He has weighed the mountains on a scale and put the hills on a balance.

No one taught the Lord the right way or enlightened Him. No one taught Him knowledge or showed Him how to understand things. He knows the names of every single star. Yet even with all of that power and knowledge, He gathers lambs in His arms ... (Continued)
